At Brivex, we take pride in the quality of our swimwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that fit and feel are essential for aquatic apparel. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility & Standard
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our swimwear collections, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hygienic liners and tags intact.

Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, any swimwear that shows signs of wear or has the hygienic liner removed is strictly non-returnable. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are also ineligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item due to our error:

Include your order number and high-resolution photographs of the defect or damage.

Our team will expedite a review. Upon confirmation, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

Authorization: Email our support team at service@brivex.space to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Shipping: For standard returns (non-defective), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brivex is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Inspection: Once received at our Jupiter, FL facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to inspect the returned items.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Most financial institutions complete the refund within 5–10 business days.

Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
